Refund & Return Policy
Ritchie Foam & Mattress offers the following refund and return policy:You can return the product within 15 days of the arrival date of your package. For defected products, we will refund the full amount or give you credit. Otherwise, 20% of the product cost and the full amount of the shipping cost will be deducted for restocking. All items must have all tags (if any) intact and show no signs of wear. If any signs of wear or usage are noticed, no credit will be given. Orders must be sent back in full unless arrangements are made to refund or exchange part of the order. Please make sure to get a return authorization number (R.A.N.) by email before sending your item(s) back. All non-confirmed returns will be refused. Accounts that refuse or cancel requested shipments that have already been processed will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges both ways. The buyer will be responsible for S&H both ways for returned goods.
* Any custom cut is non-returnable
